All orders are processed within 1–5 business days for local orders / 10 - 30 days for international orders (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after business hours (10 AM - 5 PM) or during the weekend will be processed the next working day. During high-demand periods such as holidays or sale events, processing may take slightly longer.

We partner with Aramex as our primary shipping provider to ensure reliable and timely delivery across domestic and international locations.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (via Aramex)
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (via Aramex Express, where available)

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be impacted by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or courier volume.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your package, and current Aramex shipping rates. These rates are subject to change based on fuel surcharges or regional adjustments by Aramex.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate shipping — keep an eye on our announcements and newsletter updates.

📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track the shipment through Aramex. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping through Aramex to most countries. Customs regulations vary by country, and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

📬 Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed packages: Once your package is handed over to Aramex, we are no longer liable for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Aramex directly using your tracking number to initiate a claim.

Incorrect addresses: Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

↩️ Returned-to-Sender Packages

If your package is returned to us due to delivery refusal, missed collection, or incorrect shipping details, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for resending. We will contact you via email if this occurs.
