Returns

At ABAY.COM, we believe shopping should always be effortless — and returns should be just as easy.
We offer a stress-free 14-day return policy to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The abay.com tag must remain attached and intact.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • The item must not be customized or altered (e.g., abayas with adjusted length).

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back.


💳 Refunds

Once your return reaches us, our team will review and process it within 2–4 business days.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.


🔄 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, simply follow the return steps above and place a new order once your return is approved.

We only offer direct exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

If eligible, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
