To keep embroidery looking sharp, wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat or tumble dry low, and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

• Standard Shipping: AED 35 | Express Shipping: AED 65 (where available).
• Free UAE shipping is available on orders above AED 300.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.
• Orders returned due to delivery refusal or missed collection may also require additional shipping fees before they can be resent.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected according to our return policy.
